If the recipient of the card is not satisfied with the condition of the flowers / flower card we will give a full refund - No questions asked.
If you would like to return your Flowercard, follow the simple instructions below:
Please email us at email@example.com to let us know you'd like to return your card.
In your email, quote your details and include a photograph of the flowercard if possible.
Ensure you start the return procedure on the same day as the card is received, due to the perishable nature of the goods. Refunds will be paid within 14 days of dispatch date.
