Seasonal Mix
This is a standard display of fresh flowers and its composition is dictated by the month in which its ordered.
Special Occasion Mix
This mix is similar to the above however we use more expensive flowers and will supplement our own seasonal flowers with other UK growers specialist flowers. We also include keepsakes such as diamanté butterflies.
Everlasting Mix
This is a dried flower mix which will last for months. Used during winter when UK living flowers are not available or are limited.
Celebration Cards
Our ocassion cards are unique to Flowerheads and allow us to add your personal message to the inside of the card prior to sending to your chosen recipient.

1. Standard Delivery –Free
We use Royal Mail 1st Class delivery, deliveries will arrive within 1-2 working days after dispatch date chosen (most arrive 1 day after dispatch).
To guarantee following day delivery please select the upgrade to Express delivery at the checkout stage.
Orders placed for a Friday dispatch should arrive Monday using this delivery option provided the Monday is not a Bank Holiday.
No Royal Mail deliveries on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
2. Express Delivery –£6
Please note that the date you choose in this section is the DISPATCH date from us.
Deliveries will arrive the next working day (if the order is placed by 10 am the day before). Simply select the dispatch day as the day before you want your gift to arrive.
Orders are sent by Royal Mail special delivery and tracked. It should be noted that a signature will be required upon delivery for the next day option. N.B. Royal Mail doesn't guarantee Saturday deliveries and doesn't deliver Sundays and Bank Holidays.

If the recipient of the card is not satisfied with the condition of the flowers / flower card we will give a full refund - No questions asked.
If you would like to return your Flowercard, follow the simple instructions below:
In your email, quote your details and include a photograph of the flowercard if possible.
Ensure you start the return procedure on the same day as the card is received, due to the perishable nature of the goods. Refunds will be paid within 14 days of dispatch date.
