Everything About Flowerheads
We pride ourselves in using British flowers only (no air miles here!).
Located in the North Yorkshire countryside Caroline & Mike Newland are artisan growers of flowers and of course makers of Flowerheads. “ Sharing our farm, and the countryside surrounding it, has always been part of our lives.
Natural England supports us in delivering farm visits and workshops to engage adults and children with the countryside, its crops and of course our Flowers“.
Starting the Flowerheads business has let us share our flowers and gifts from artisan local producers with a far wider audience. Celebrating rural artisan producers, we deliver fresh flowers and vibrant hand crafted items for you to send to friends, family and loved ones all in one box.

Unique Flower Creations
The flowers used to create our unique cards depends upon the season and flower availability in our field.
Our living cards capture the surroundings in which our flowers are grown encapsulating the freshness and scent of our flower fields. We use lots of grasses and wildflowers as well as classic fragrant blooms such as Sweet Peas, herbs like Lavender and scented foliage like Lemon Verbena.
We only use British blooms to craft our flowerheads, most of which are grown by ourselves. By the very nature of being British it means that the flowerheads change with the seasons.
Our speciality when available are sweet peas, full of scent and so typical of summertime in an English country garden. During the winter months we use many dried flowers, again grown and dried by ourselves, combined with fresh blooms from elsewhere in the UK.
